  2. Any other items may be prohibited and added to the above list in accordance with local/international law or regulatory authorities and will be notified by Empost from time to time.
  3. All shipments (especially Non-Documents) are subject to the customs laws and regulations at the destination. The shipments could be subject to custom duties according to these regulations.
  4. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.

  7. Weship does not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
